Celebrating and supporting the vulnerable women of Tamworth.
Cohort 4 is a mentoring and peer support group for women who have been disadvantaged by mental health issues, victims or survivors of domestic and/or sexual abuse, and women who have experienced some level of isolation. We are survivors and are simply women supporting each other in our community. We support women through social and skill development groups, various craft classes, outings, events & training opportunities.
