The park offers a great place for the family for day out. Pack yourself a picnic or even bring along your BBQ. You will find that there are lots of picnic areas and bbq areas around the site. Your dogs are also welcome as long as they are kept on a lead. A very nice feature is the man made golden beach and the adjacent paddling area which are very popular with children and adults alike.
