Mercian Singers are performing at Tamworth Assembly Rooms for the first time on 5th October 2024. Our guests are one of Wales‘ finest choirs, Cor Curiad Llanelli who are making a welcome return to Tamworth for the first time in 7 years. Since their last visit in 2017, they have performed on GMTV’s ‘Lorraine’, ITV’s ‘This Morning’ and in 2022 were semi finalists in Welsh Choir of the Year.
The concert will feature both choirs performing material from their own repertoire with a spectacular finale with both choirs joining together with 80+ voices for a selection of songs from The Greatest Showman, Chess and Queen amongst others.
Tickets are £10 from Tamworth Assembly Rooms box office and the show starts at 7pm.
